How does shipping work?+
Orders ship within 2–3 business days from the Blue Ridge Mountains via USPS. Flat-rate shipping, free on orders over $75.
What if my order arrives damaged?+
If anything arrives damaged, email us a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it or refund you. Because our products are food and skincare, we can't accept opened returns.
Why did my honey crystallize?+
Raw honey naturally crystallizes over time — it's a sign it hasn't been overheated. Set the jar in warm (not boiling) water and stir until it's smooth again.
Do you sell wholesale or at markets?+
