Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Blue Ridge Bloom Collective collects when you visit or shop on our website, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email us at hello@blueridgebloom.com.

What we collect

• Order details. When you check out, we receive your name, email address, shipping address and the items you bought. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Account details. If you create an account, we store your email address and a securely encrypted password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google.
• Messages. If you email us, we keep your message and email address so we can reply.
• Your cart. Items in your cart are saved in your own browser, not on our servers, so they're still there when you come back.

Cookies

We only use cookies needed to keep you signed in to your account. We don't use advertising cookies or tracking tools, and we don't follow you around the web.

How we use your information

• To fill and ship your orders and send updates about them.
• To let you see your order history in your account.
• To answer your questions and handle returns.
• To calculate sales tax and keep the business records the law requires.

We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't send marketing emails unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the companies that help us run the shop, and only what they need: Stripe (payments and sales tax), Supabase (our database and customer accounts), Vercel (website hosting), Google (only if you choose to sign in with Google), and the shipping carrier delivering your package. We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for taxes and accounting. You can delete your account at any time by emailing us.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Just email hello@blueridgebloom.com and we'll take care of it, unless we need to keep something for legal or tax reasons.

Children

Our website isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
