Orders and pricing

• Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time. The price you pay is the one shown when you check out.
• Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
• We're a small family apiary, so quantities are limited. If something sells out or an order has a pricing mistake, we may cancel it and refund you in full.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Shipping

We ship within the United States. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Details are on our Shipping & FAQ page.

Returns and damaged orders

Our return policy is on our Shipping & FAQ page. Because our products are food and skincare, we can't accept returns of opened items.

About our products

• Natural variation. Our honey and beeswax are raw and natural, so color, flavor, scent and texture change from batch to batch and season to season. Raw honey crystallizes over time. That's normal and a sign of quality.
• Never give honey to babies under 12 months old. Honey can cause infant botulism.
• Allergies. Our products are made with honey, beeswax and other bee products, and may contain pollen. If you're allergic to bees or bee products, talk to your doctor before using them. Try a small amount of any skincare product on your skin first.
• Not medicine. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Talk to a doctor about any health or skin concerns.
• Candles. Never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep candles away from children, pets and anything that can catch fire.

Your account

If you create an account, please keep your password private. You're responsible for orders placed through your account.

Our content

The photos, writing, logo and designs on this website belong to Blue Ridge Bloom Collective. Please don't copy or reuse them without our permission.

Limits on our responsibility

We work hard to keep the website accurate and running, but we provide it as-is. To the extent the law allows, Blue Ridge Bloom Collective isn't responsible for indirect or unexpected losses from using our website or products, and our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply to orders placed after the update, and we'll change the date at the top of this page.
